“Island Mix” is a fun and light hearted version of this timeless mantra. When we sing and meditate with intention to honor and respect all beings, we ourselves benefit in the process. Our physical health and well being is enhanced by reducing the stress response and encouraging harmony within ourselves. When we are good and kind to ourselves in a nurturing and unselfish way, it prepares the way for us to extend that same energy to others.
